“I tried the service due to receiving a promotion for it. The beer and snack I received were really nice, but ultimately not something I felt I'd want a subscription for. I called to cancel my subscription and spoke to Douglas who sorted that out for me very quickly.”

“We haven't yet tried the beer (it was set up by our daughter) but it's a service we didn't want to continue with. Douglas was very helpful and understanding and I didn't feel pressured for cancelling. Very helpful, thanks.”
