“Extremely comfortable flats and just as advertised! The mesh material did stretch. I was nervous about the straps feeling secure but I listened to customer service and double-knotted them for extra security and they never once came undone. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Despite the cushioning under the foot, the shoes were disappointingly uncomfortable as the shoe had little toe room and therefore no support. the heel was also peeling - not a good look for my wedding day. These shoes are not worth the money they ask for - over $600 which I was happy to pay if comfortable and the quality was good. I am also still waiting for a refund from Bella Belle. I am really disappointed and now stressed that I will not be able to find my wedding shoes in time!.”

Hi Carol, In terms of comfort, we are so sorry to hear the shoes weren't comfortable for you. Everyone's feet are different so different styles will fit differently on everyone. I'd recommend trying a different style of ours. Our team would love to help you find the perfect fit! Please email our team at contact@bellabelleshoes.com for further assistance. Please also note that there is a plastic liner on the bottom of the shoes that is meant to be removed before wearing the shoes. We apply a plastic liner on the soles to prevent scuffing during try-on. We lift off the heel tip to make it easier to peel, as some customers have complained that it was too hard to get a grip on.

“Saw these shoes were marketed as ‘comfortable’ so I ordered a pair. The pointy toe made them painful so I returned them at my own expense. Since I had to pay -just to try them on-I really can’t recommend the company.”

“I now own two pairs of Bella Belle shoes, the Eve and the Nora Blue. Both are superbly made and absolutely stunning! I have worn them to various events and always receive so many compliments on them. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are very comfortable for a girl who likes to dance the night away.”

“The shoe straps were very small, and when I tried to make an exchange, I took over two weeks to exchange the shoes. By the time I received a message about confirming my exchange, it was already a couple of days before my wedding day and I could not have the shoes on time.”

Hi Giovanna, Please note that we do ask customers to allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges/returns to be processed after you have sent the item back. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need your shoes quickly, we recommend re-purchasing the new shoe now. New orders usually ship out within 1 business day. Then, send back the original order for return.

“The Aurora heels are so beautiful! They look fit for a queen! I only wish that they made all of their shoes in a “wide” form because I have wide feet. I was lucky enough to try the shoes on during their NYC popup, so i kind of knew what I was getting myself into. The toes are a little tight and hurts the side, but I think with a bit more wear, my toes will fit the mesh better. Gorgeous shoes and comfortable to wear for the most part. Just wished that the front was a bit more accommodating for wide feet.”
