“Really uncomfortable shoes. I don’t think I will be wearing this for my wedding. I was offered a store credit or exchange, but really not willing to get another one. Paid a huge amount for custom fees as well.”

Hi Thea! In terms of comfort, we are so sorry to hear the shoes weren't comfortable for you. Everyone's feet are different so different styles will fit differently on everyone. In terms of customs fees, please note that we had no control over this and we did recommend that customers check their country's regulations before placing the order. We have since been able to upgrade our shipping options for our international customers and customs fees are included with the price so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

Hi Julia! As per our return policy, shoes that have stains or toe prints are not eligible for return or exchange. The shoes we received from you do have stains and toe prints on the shoes which can be seen in the photos we provided you. This means that the shoes are no longer in sellable condition, and so cannot be accepted for return. We advise customers to wear stockings while trying on the shoes to prevent toe marks and try on the shoes with clean feet on carpeted areas to prevent accidental damage. If we were to send these shoes out to another bride, it will be very upsetting to her.

“I struggled to find some wedding shoes I liked and as a UK customer was initially nervous to order from the US, however I am so glad I did! The shoes are beautiful, stylish and the perfect height! The order process was simple and delivery was quick. I even ordered two pairs for size and the returns process was hassle-free. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Love these shoes! I don’t ever wear heels and really want to on my wedding day- I was so pleased to find the quality of these shoes makes me able to walk in 4 inch heels without pain or stumbling like I have in cheap shoes! I still need to practice my walk just to get used to wearing heels at all but the design is very sturdy and balanced. Not only that but my goodness they are beautiful!”

“Ich liebe die Schuhe die sind perfekt und die haben sehr gute Qualität und die sehen perfekt aus. Lider ist die Kundenservice nicht zuverlässig, die haben mir empfehlen eine große 37,5 zu kaufen zum Glück, habe ich dagegen entschieden und große 36 gekauft. Leider die Geschäft ist überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich müsste in Deutschland noch 160€ wegen Steuer bezahlen. Ich habe drei Sterne wegen Schuhe selber gegeben, aber 2 Sterne abgezogen, wegen schlechter Kundenservice.”

“The shoe looked gorgeous but the ankle strap would not close. The first hole was too far into the strap, which made the fit too tight. I am 5'4", 140 lb, and wear a 7.5, so my feet are average. It was an extremely disappointing experience.”
