“These shoes were soooooo pretty yet soooooooooooo uncomfortable. It was so heartbreaking because they are advertised as 12 hour shoes but they didnt at all meet that mandate. It frankly cost me too much for how uncomfortable they were.”

“I fell in love with these shoes when I saw them- they’re simply stunning! I was excited to wear them at my wedding, especially after my non-heel-wearing friends recommended Bella Belle shoes because they’re super comfortable. It pains me to say that I was not impressed with the comfort level of this shoe. I only ended up wearing them for a few hours- nowhere near the advertised 12-hour-wedding-shoe - and my feet were HURTING! I wear heels a lot and would not have paid nearly $400 for these shoes if I had known they weren’t exceptionally comfortable.”

“The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to return they wouldn’t give me a refund. I was trying to break them in before the wedding and when I realized they were giving me blisters wearing them around the house like you guys suggested I returned them and no refund was giving 🥲”

“I usually wear an 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe. The reviews said the shoes would run large, so I ordered an 8.5. They were super uncomfortable so I held on to them, and ordered a 9 to compare with. The fit is more true to size, but the shoes are still not as comfortable as I’d hoped, and now they are a mix of being too tight, and also the heel popping out when I walk. The longer I’ve had them to think about it, it’s clear that the shoes are just not comfortable to me and not what I want to wear at my wedding. Since I got the shoes just over 30 days ago (even though they’ve sat in the box untouched), I can’t return them. Store credit was offered, but really I’d just like my $300+ back. Poor customer service for shoes at that price point. I really tried to make it work by even ordering a different size, and now I’m stuck with white shoes that are uncomfortable and useless.”

“I heard great things about the comfort of these shoes and they were not comfortable at all. We had to send them back. I couldn’t wear the shoes for more than five minutes. Very disappointed. The elegance of the design was done well though.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of shoes to try for my wedding. None was quite right and they weren’t very comfortable, as advertised. I tried to return them and purchase a few more pairs, only to find the fine print says you have to ship them back yourself. This cost me over $50 at the lowest option. I’m disappointed in that experience and it is keeping me from wanting to continue trying new options. I would expect better return service from a designer online shoe retailer.”

Hi Zara, thank you for your purchase. Could you please contact our customer service at contact@bellabelleshoes.com with pictures, so we can identify the problem? The shoes come with a layer of protective plastic covering that is meant to be taken off before wearing. It could be the plastic covering that's falling apart. Thank you.
