"I also had issues with BerryLook. The merchandise they sent me was sub-par. It was not of the same quality of the pictures advertised. The material was cheap, the style was off and they never responded to my request for a refund.\r\n\r\nI replied (4) times for a refund process. Each time I received an email requesting me to state my issues with the items and to submit pictures. I sent links of the items advertised on their website and pictures of what I received.\r\n\r\nI never received a refund response or a refund."

"I wouldn't even give them 1 star , brought 2 pairs of boots they arrived 3 weeks later and I cried , I spent 60 GBP , to return them it'll cost me \u00a325.06 , I'm gutted , the company take your money but won't give you it back . There items are such poor quality , how can they get away with selling this rubbish? The photos on line are lovely , the products are disgusting smelly and very very poor quality . I'm so upset as I was buying myself a gift, I have become a recluse ever since I was diagnosed with lung disease in 2020. I just wanted 2 pairs of nice winter boots so when I go to appointments I don't look like a mess . Unfortunately my goal didn't go well did it . They smell, the souls are so flimsy and so is the plastic stuff they've used for the calfs etc. The fit is way too small these aren't adult boots at all, the photos are what I received, the screen shot images are what I thought I was buying . No refund they keep fobbing Me off"
