“This is the second year I have bought something through Bertie and Jack and I love their products and they make fabulous Christmas gifts. Last year I had it made up then and there at the stall and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They checked over the phone that what I wanted was possible and took me order in great detail. It arrived 3 days later, it looks great and I can't wait to give it to my sister for Christmas!”

“I am completely in love with my beautifully framed piece. It's a perfect reflection of our little family; 'Just the two of us' and my son loves penguins too! “What great service! I ordered and my picture was with me within a week. I changed the delivery date online and received an email in the morning so I knew when to be at home. The website was easy to use and I would definitely recommend Bertie & Jack.”
