“Best Buy, Nashua,NH customer service by Geek Squad is worst. No courtesy. They are like if you want to buy otherwise go out that is the mentality they are in The wait time to go and get the product from back office to billing takes more than 2 Hr. If you ask question they saying you don't have to buy you may leave. The store have hardly very few customer inside store but they delay to deliver the product.”
“I purchased an LG television OLED. I contacted Geek Squad they sent a representative out. My Television was hung and we watched it the first night for an hour great picture. the second night we turned the TV off and it made a popping sound, I asked for Geek Squad to come look at this it had a bubble top right of the TV and then a second bubble occurred, and a crack between them. They came out and stated that the crack was not customer-created. I was told the repair part would be ready in 2 weeks. I was then contacted the day before that LG would not cover the repair as it was cracked. I was offered no answer other than I purchased a $400 protection plan that was useless. I went to Best Buy to have my protection plan replaced and the customer representative stated that their policy says Cracks are never covered and that I was at fault. LG customer service told me that Best Buy stated the crack was there that they would not cover a manufacturer issue, and that I was now responsible. I don't get the purpose of a manufacturing defect that becomes the owner's issue. Today I was not refunded my warranty either, I guess when you buy anything from them and you purchase a warranty it becomes money given freely to Best Buy for providing poor service. I think that spending $4000 in one day means nothing as they already have your money and they don't agree to true service. I will never purchase another product from them and will tell everyone I know what poor customer service they provide.”

Tried to have a head unit and a camera installed here. Took four visits for a total of 20 hours. Damage done to the runners on both sides of the vehicle. Work looks terrible. Loose wires, crossovers unsecure hanging, and he didnt even bother to secure the fuse in the engine compartment. Left with half of the features not working on my head unit and will have to pay someone to balance the amplifier. Installers name is Brandon Shumate. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!!”
“DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE HERE !!!! I purchased a refrigerator at Best Buy and it will be the last item I buy through them. They missed my delivery date and expected me to wait two more days after the original day without any regard to how they had inconvenienced me. I tried to escalate the issue and all I got was an email with my new delivery day. Total disregard for the customer and total lack of accountability for their actions and those of the delivery company they use to deliver their product. Do yourself a favour, buy at Home Depot, you’ll get better service. Don’t be fooled by their pricing strategy (a few dollars less than the rest). It’s a ploy to get you to buy from them. Trust me, it wasn’t worth the $ 20 I saved. Cost me way more in lost time and the stress they caused when they insinuated that I was lying.
Customer service is also useless. They have to follow policies and cannot deal with customer service issues. I don’t understand, isn’t that their job? They basically answer phones to listen to irate customers. Escalating your problem also won’t help as managers do not call you back.
This is a sinking ship that won’t be around much longer since they don’t get the meaning of customer service.”
“I bought an IMAC 1 year ago and over the past few days, we heard a clicking/static sound which usually means a bad hard drive or fan. I then had to pay them $100 just to diagnose the problem, which I already knew what it was. Now, they want to send it to kentucky for 6 weeks for hardware solution, which is also something I have to pay for. I feel I was totally ripped off and I have no recourse. SHAME on you BEST BUY!”
“Best Buy uses a 3rd party for delivery. XPO delivery.
They showed up at the wrong time and then left without delivery. Then they rescheduled the delivery for 5 days later. XPO delivery driver never answers their phone. And Best Buy Customer service is a call center that didn't help at all
Basically I waited for 4 hours and never got a delivery. Went to the store and they basically gave me the run around and said there is nothing they could do.
Only offered a 100 gift card.
Don't trust Best Buy/XPO ror delivery. Very unprofessional and not reliable.

“I bought an extended warranty on a new appliance from Best Buy. I was assured that from "Day 1" the Geek Squad would service any problems. Instead, when there were problems, I was referred to the manufacturer, who will come out in about a month to take a first look. “UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES BY BEST BUY:
July 17th, Monday at 7:38 am, FGO Logistics, the delivery company, contacted me to let me know that the delivery truck had arrived at my building. The crew used the intercom, which rang my cell phone. Unfortunately, they had my old number on file, even though the manifest specified to call/use my new number. I was out walking my dog, but I explained that I would be there momentarily. I met with the delivery crew and they opened the back of the truck to show me the item. One of the guys said that they need to take measurements and went up to my apartment. He checked the old refrigerator by opening it and moving it out of the enclosure. I told him that I will empty it while they bring up the new refrigerator. He asked me to turn off the water and put my dog away. I also moved furniture out of the way right in front of the guy. Emptying the old fridge took 10 minutes. I then waited for 20 minutes and decided to go back downstairs. To my surprise, the truck was gone. I called Best Buy Customer Service right away and spoke to 3 agents (I was transferred 3 times) before finally the line got disconnected. I tried to use online chat to no avail. Finally, after 5 attempts, I was able to get information about the delivery company FGO Logistics. I tried calling FGO Logistics, but the customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. She told me that I needed to contact Best Buy because you are the ones responsible for the delivery.
I was confused about why the delivery truck was gone without warning or explanation. Even if they thought that the old refrigerator was not prepared, they could have told me this and I would completely understand and accept my fault for not being ready. The guy I was dealing with barely exchanged any words with me ( I am guessing language barrier). However, I think, this delivery crew had no intention to complete the delivery, even after I was told to empty the old refrigerator, to shut down the water (I even moved the furniture and the delivery guys saw me doing it)
Additionally, my last, 6th call, yesterday to Customer Service ended up with a promise that the delivery will be done by the Geek Squad on Wednesday at 315pm. No confirmation email or text message to confirm the scheduled delivery ever came. Today (Tuesday), July 18th, I called again to find out that there is no delivery scheduled for Wednesday and that the delivery is now scheduled to come on Saturday. In total disbelief and shock, I decided to go to the store and cancel the purchase altogether (which I did).
Two days of the nightmare of dealing with such unprofessionalism and total disregard. I waited a whole week for the new refrigerator because the old one is not working properly, only to face the challenge and in the end, we had to cancel the purchase.
This time we experienced the WORSE customer service and delivery services.
In my opinion, FGO Logistics is the major problem and you need to replace this vendor with someone more responsible and reliable. Otherwise, you will continue losing customers.”
