Worst shopping experience ever! I placed a store pickup order on 20th, they said I could pick it up on 27th. But I didn’t receive the email on that day so I contacted the customer service immediately via website chat and they told me the item was already in the store and was prepared to be picked up the next day. Then when I contacted them again the next day, the other agent told me the item had been purchased by other customers?!! What’s the meaning of placing a store pickup order and paying for it in advance if you can’t hold my order? Now they just told me sorry there is nothing we can do for you! Still can’t believe they just let someone else take the item that I already paid for it. Horrible service!

Never again. Came in with my lap top as I couldn't get it to hold a charge.....the agent took it to the back room maybe all of one minute and came back and said that it needed to be sent in for repair and estimated the cost of 1000.00 to 1300.00. He said I know its best to get a new computer. I went outside and called Apple Care and she said I needed to plug it in and they would have me push several keys and maybe it would be corrected. I came home and plugged it in and it has not even been 40 minutes and its 82% charged. Guess the guy did the test but told me I needed a new computer. Its just 3 years old.

Best Buy is the Worst company to do business with. Paid for my washer and dryer to be delivered. The delivery never happened- you call the store no one answers and corporate is useless. I will never shop at Best Buy again. They don't care about the customer. Went to the Auburn Hills store because corporate said I had to work with them to set up delivery again. Ironically, another customer was in there for the third time trying to get his order right. I was told that they don't answers phones at the store (then why give our a business card and tell us to call if we need anything). I was also told they can't move up my new delivery date that was the only thing available since they decided not to deliver my appliances as promised yesterday. I was so happy to cancel my order and will never shop with them again. @Best Buy Executives open your eyes and shop your stores they offer the WORST customer service.

This is the worst company I ever deal with. They cancelled two orders I did in the last month for no reason. My card is always accept everywhere worldwide. I'll never purchase again from you. I hope BestBuy will go Bankrupt this year. I'll never recommend BestBuy for anyone. In fact, I will dissuade people to deal with your Company.

I got conned in to opening a BestBuy credit card account with the misleading promise of a $100 discount on a $1500 purchase! This was a total lie! I’d sue them, but can’t prove the lies I was told. BestBuy is totally unethical and forces their employees to lie to promote their money making schemes!

Third repair by Geek Squad on a Samsung refrigerator now waiting since 12/30/20. One no show, now scheduled repair for 2/4/21. Nonexistant customer support. Never buy as an appliancexat BB and never ever buy a Samsung refrigerator. I was warned and ignored it. Don't you!

Recently purchased a desperately needed freezer. Delivery was promised in one week. Due to a long distance move, we were purchasing dry ice every other day to keep our frozen foods frozen. On delivery day, the driver, Terry, called us to say freezer would not be delivered that day. I suspect it was never even put on the truck. As a result, we lost over $600 in frozen food. This was Best Buy in Lynchburg, VA. Will never even walk into another Best Buy again. Pure garbage!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life. If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would give it -1.09677E stars or -1,096,770,000 stars. Bestbuy stole my money for an e gift card and then proceeded to transfer me 27 times before getting me to the WORST customer service rep ever. No one knew anything about anything. Every single person said I would be transferred to the right department and guess what...NONE of them could actually do anything more than the last one, which was transfer me again. I would say I'm surprised but judging by the other reviews I've seen this is par for the course. I was stolen from, lied to, harassed, insulted, and ultimately hung up on. Bestbuy shouldn't even be in business. With the way things are going for them, I wouldn't doubt if they were out of business within the next 3 months. Thanks for completely wasting my time and money Bestbuy. Winner of the Worst Customer Service of The Year award.

The customer Service center for best buy is by far the worst! I have been trying to get a refund for an apple watch I ordered, that they could not fulfill and they will not return my money. I have called over 20 times and they disconnect me or put me on hold. The supervisors on staff are no help, they transfer me back to a regular agent when asking me to hold to review my account. This is not okay, I have wasted so many hours trying to get this resolved and I have had no luck. Will be making a complaint with BBB

Auburn Ca. Best Buy I received a 10:00 a.m. appointment for this morning for The geek squad to install a $1,500 stereo system. Arrived at 10:00 a.m. Doors locked no one there employee shows up 5 minutes late with attitude. We wait quietly in our vehicle for 15 minutes in the rain get out and ask him do we just leave the vehicle what do we do. he replies just sit in your vehicle and wait till 11:00. I stated we had a 10:00 appointment in writing showed it to him and his response was that's not my problem I didn't set the appointment. Unbelievable smart a. Returning all of the stereo equipment, install and headed to a private shop and also saved $125.00 Even at the sale price, Best Buy wa ls higher prices.

I bought a Ring doorbell online on 1/8/21 for pickup at my local store. There was no more in stock (showed 1 in stock during time of order), but I was never notified! The only way I found out was by clicking on the "view order status" link in the initial email sent to me that day. I assumed since there was no more in stock, no money would be taken out of my account because stores usually don't charge you until the item is picked up. On 1/21/21, I check my online banking and see a charge from best buy for $104.99. I went back into the "view order status" link and cancelled the order through there, hopefully I'll receive a refund. Just be aware that when ordering from best buy and selecting local pickup, they charge your card right away and it's your own duty to make sure you actually do get refunded if the item is not in stock and you never picked it up. Good thing I saw it on my bank account, hopefully they won't give me the run around.

Went to best buy in Manchester MO to buy a laptop and was greeted at the door by an employee asking if I had a reservation. I told him that I didn't and he said they are only letting people in that have a reservation and they turned me away. I guess if they don't want our business we don't have to give them our business. Good luck best buy, turning paying customers away is telling us that you have enough money and don't need us. Never going back! I bought a laptop somewhere else that night.

Waited a whole month for a package, only to be told I'm getting a refund. For the entire month I was waiting, I literally have to follow up on customer service every 5 days like it's my job. "The issue had to relay back to backend team, please wait 3-5 business days". I'm literally stuck using a old unusable device for a WHOLE MONTH. They could have told me I'm getting a refund earlier and I could have spend gotten a new device on elsewhere instead. My package should have arrived within 3 days instead I have to wait 30 days to be told I'm just getting a refund. They didn't even bother to send me another product. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY ! It's the worst buy. Waste my a month of my life, following with customer service only just to get my money back, money that was originally MINE.

Waited for washer and dryer for months kept getting pushed back she to stock and 6 months later no washer and dryer and no apology. Cancelled never ordering from them again.

We ordered 3 TV to have installed asap. We were told they were 2 weeks out and confirmed that we had a date of Jan 20th first appointment of the day. We were told they would call the day before and they did not. they didn't even call today we had to jump through the geek squad circus only to be told it would be 2 more weeks and that they would not guarantee when they will show up. I personally will never use there service again and will do my best to buy all future product elsewhere. nothing but disrespect coming from this company. This is not the only time I have been screwed over by this company but it will be the last. do your self a favor do it your self or hire a friend or handyman all these people care about is taking your money and leaving you frusterated.

I ordered and when the delivery came, it was the wrong appliance. They asked to haul my current machine away and bring my correct one tomorrow. I said sure. 6 hours later, I received a link to reschedule via text. Tomorrow was not an option. I was only off work today and was going to have to miss work for a later date. they would not budge. So a refund was my only option. Supervisor "Mike" said Best Buy would not return my appliance they took nor it's value. It was still working. He then hung up on me.

After several inconvenient phone calls, I finally gave up and went with whatever schedule they have available. The day finally came for our second delivery. The delivery guy informed us that the fridge is damaged; therefore, they would have to reschedule (for a THIRD delivery). This whole ordeal has been the most horrific buying experience in my life ever. I would go into detail to show how elementary Best Buy has its scheduling system and interoffice communication, but I want customers to read my review and understand what is ahead of them when purchasing home appliances with Best Buy.

We had our food out and waiting for six hours, and no one ever showed up. I made several phone calls to different reps to reschedule. After several inconvenient phone calls, I finally gave up and went with whatever schedule they have available. The day finally came for our second delivery. The delivery guy informed us that the fridge is damaged; therefore, they would have to reschedule (for a THIRD delivery). This whole ordeal has been the most horrific buying experience in my life ever. I would go into detail to show how elementary Best Buy has its scheduling system and interoffice communication, but I want customers to read my review and understand what is ahead of them when purchasing home appliances with Best Buy.

You can't get through to the Waco Texas store by phone. The customer service at this store is terrible. If you try to go to the store, which I did on 2 occasions on my lunch break and there was a waiting line to go into store. I made 7 attempts to contact by phone and was placed on hold on all 7 attempts. The longest I waited was 27 minutes 22 seconds. On the last 3 attempts I tried, I hung up after 5 minutes. If you buy merchandise from the Waco store, don't expect to get to talk with someone for help on anything you purchase or plan to stand in a wait line to get into that store. I have bought lots of things from this store and it has been my go to store for electronics and help. But I will be looking for another store to get these items since they can't answer the phone for help and to purchase items. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Gil Lillard Waco Texas

Multiple problems with installation. The biggest problem was with customer service. NO ONE answers the phone, NO ONE returns messages. DO NOT buy from Best buy unless you live next door and can speak to actual.associate
