Good service until installation but if anything goes wrong, you are in big trouble as worst after sales service ever (despite the one year warranty) I got bedroom fittings from the company and was overall satisfied with the quality of work and process till installation BUT when I realised one of the chest of drawers isn't closing properly , it's been 3 months since I made a complaint and have had atleast 15 calls to arrange for time but either 1) after sales don't call you back 2) never have fitters in area 3) if they have fitters in area they dont give you specific time but a day they can come. It's abysmal service and would NOT recommend using the service because of after sales despite good product and pre-sales Gani (West Kensington - London)

After my review 1 month ago , I thank you for a response, I had new plinths delivered within 1 wk, however fitters do not seem to be interested in wanting to return to rectify any faults. Wouldn't recommend and won't be having any further carried out by better living.

B59392 - Worst experience ever and will be seeking legal advise due to the incompetence and poor management by this company. A project that should have taken 12days to complete has gone into 4 weeks and shows no sign of being completed. We paid for a power shower and was told to purchase an additional tank, pump and cylinder to have this. Part of the shower was installed and yesterday and I almost cried when I saw how slow the pressure was. In addition the water sprayed all over the floor due to the poor design of the door. The fitter works when he wants to probably because he has more than one job on the go and when the supplies arrive you either have missing parts or parts that are broken. I have foolishly paid a deposit for my kitchen to be installed by this firm and wiill seek advice as to how to be reimbursed as I shant go through this experience again. A letter of complaint has been sent to the company and I await their response in the hope that my concerns will be addressed. Until then my advise to those that are contemplating using this firm is DON'T.

I had my kitchen fitted a month ago and was left with it half finish was told that they would be in touch to finish to rest of the kitchen. As I didn't hear anything in 3 weeks I rang the company to find out what was going on and when would they be here to fix it. They told me they would look into it and ring me back the next day. Its been a week and still haven't heard anything. They were fine to take the money off us but now they have been pay they don't want know. I wouldn't touch them as they don't get back to and promise you things they cant deliver very disappointed and still waiting for my kitchen to be finished.

We spent £15k on a kitchen and the entire experience was abysmal, what was quoted as a 4 day fit lasted 3 weeks, all the order was incorrect and and after sales service is something to be desired. After fitting my kitchen I had a leak whilst on holiday from the washing machine they fitted and as result had to fight with the fitter, betta living and the PLinsurance group to get them to pay the cost of replacement. This is possibly the worst experience in my life with a business, we have had previous bedroom works with them and had no issues. As a result I have cancelled our bathroom order and lost deposit which is worth it, less hassle.

We spent £10k+ on a bathroom. All through fitting we had issues with the fitter, took way longer than quoted , and had several issues with the quality of work. He left our fit half done to go do a fit for tesco bathrooms. Shortly after fitting we had issues with faulty fittings which took writing a poor review on here for them to come and fix, not just a phone call! Two and a half years after fit water is coming through my kitchen ceiling in 2 places. I have been told by them today it's basically not their problem as is out of warranty! For the price we paid I expect the fit to last much longer. I will now have to pay a plumber to come and rip my bathroom to bits to find the leak as all my pipe work is all concealed. Do not touch this company they have disgraceful customer service and my experience with them from start to finish has been very poor!

2 years on from an en suite re-fit to include a wet room which was full of issues, phone calls and re-visits, we are now having to take up the tiled floor as the wet room water proof membrane wasn't fitted correctly. There was sealant around the edge of the wet room and not the membrane up the side of the walls as promised. This will cost around £500 to put right as water is now leaking into our kitchen. We spent £9500 with Betta Living and as you can imagine are extremely unhappy with the extra cost and disruption caused.

I have now decided NOT to go with Betta living full stop! I filled out a form for a brochure declining a design visit as I don't like pushy sales people and am quite happy to do the bulk of the initial work myself. I said to the woman on the phone (who phoned me within 30 seconds of filling out the form) that I would look through the book myself and contact them IF I changed my mind about a visit. I have since received SEVERAL phone calls trying to get me to book a sales consultant visit. As soon as the brochure arrives it's going in the bin. I want nothing more to do with such a pushy company.

THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS The worst service I have ever experienced! Bizarre as we decided we would pay the higher Betta Living price than other quotes we had because we unfortunately believed the "sales spiel" of better quality and superior service. We ordered our bedroom refits in November 2013 with a promise it would be complete by that Christmas. They had our money quickly but the job stll isn't finished in May 2015. I have lost count of how many templates have been measured, sent away, made the wrong way round, lost, made in the wrong colour etc. All this taking up our time and interfering with our weekends. Plus damage to our newly decorated walls from the repeated failed attempts It doesn't matter who you escalate to or even if you go personally into the shops to complain. I very much doubt if the job will get finished as a result of this feedback but if it warns off and saves one poor person from experiencing this diabolical service then it will be worth it Our order number is B35835 if anyone at this disgustingly unconcerned company can be bothered to contact me.

DO NOT GO WITH BETTA LIVING WARDROBES Wanted fitted wardrobe and guy came round to messure up, they were the only company that didnt leave there drawings. Wanted Sliding Mirrows, got his sample bag out and said you can have any trim so picked one. Their trade department called saying they could give me a better quote so another person came round and messasure up and said i could have that trim, took the deposit £600 and said someone else would come out to do a survey. He came out a week later and said i couldnt have that trim even though 2 preious people said i could. I ask for this manager to call me back, One of the regional sales managers (Simon 07539415943) said he would need to speak to a director and he promised to call me back that day or the next. He didnt so i chased him up and said all he can do is refund me which could take up to 10 days. I complained to Simon and said i was not happy with the service but had no response and just said i will refund the money. Like alot of other reviews on Betta living i have read they promise they can do something, take your money and then say they cant. Do not go with this company, they will mess you about

I contacted this company for a new kitchen and bedroom wardrobes. Their rep (Ray) came round and was so patronising, argumentative, rude, judgemental the list could go on for words. He wasn't helpful or even creative what so ever and just a pushy salesman really trying to get a sale. We was told it would take about 2 hours but he was still in our house after 3hours despite us saying that we had other commitments that day and would need to hurry things up. I practically had to push him out - was a horrible experience and even though I did like their products I would not buy with them soley for the reason of the salesmans behaviour towards us. he needs to be not allowed in other peoples homes if he is to behave in such a way. I did put a complaint to the company but heard nothing back!

Thanks for all the reviews. i made an appointment today to see the kitchen designer planner and then followed by intuition to look at the company reviews. Thank goodness I did. I phoned the company to cancel the appt and when questioned I told them that I had read their poor reviews. The guy on the phone seemed surprised! I also emailed them and they didn't reply. I think I have had a very lucky escape!!

My experience with Betta Living has been disappointing from the start. I am now very relieved that I did not choose Betta Living. I was looking for a built-in wardrobe and contacted various companies for quotes. Betta Living came first and sent their 'Designer' to come and provide details. The designer was very insistent that he wasn't on commission, had already been paid and was working for our benefit rather than Betta Living. I thought that sounded too good to be true and I was right. The quote provided for a 3-metre long wardrobe across one wall, with sliding doors, made from MDF with a wooden veneer (and nothing fancy) was £12,000. When my expression betrayed my shock, the designer told me not to worry - since nobody ever pays the asking price. I told him his price was ridiculous and that my expectation was around the £3000 (I ended up going with Hammonds, for roughly £2500). He then got on the phone with his manager to discuss what they could do for me. Miraculously the price had come down to £2990. When I enquired how this had happened from £12,000 I was not given a satisfactory answer and the designer suggested I talk to his manager. Eventually I got the designer to leave. The whole experience was awkward and unprofessional. I thought that would be the end of it, but then the Betta Living call centre started calling. Only occasionally at first, but now nearly two months later I'm receiving multiple calls a week from their call centre. Each time they ask me if I'm interested in their services, or another quote. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and to remove me from their system. I just received another call today, having told them three times in the last week to remove me and having been assured twice that my details would be removed. I have now taken to blocking them on my phone. My advice: Don't choose Betta Living. Don't even give your contact details to Betta Living. Avoid them. There are plenty of other companies offering comparable services with much better sales people and none of this call centre madness.

A year after complaining about by bowing units (the large larder units bow, theres nothing they can do about it) they finally sent someone over to have a look at them. Only for him to say that it was because we had overloaded them even tho the larder was bowing outwards no inwards. They then sent a replacement which was shorter than the original. So i was left with a larder unit with no doors (as the doors were too large) and which was smaller than the rest of my kitchen. Took them another few months to sort the issue out. On top of that they expected me to dispose of the 'faulty larder' unit and the wrong one. It was only after I tweeted a picture of how the fitters left the rubbish that they decided to collect it. Worst customer service ever. If something goes wrong you will be banging your head against the wall trying to get these guys to sort out the issue.

We ordered a kitchen from Betta Living and I have never been so disgusted with the way this company treat its customers. Customer Services are non existent. There is always someone leaving the company and nobody every gets back to you. When the kitchen was fitted the Fitter was awful. He left electrics in a dangerous situation and the fitting overall was the worse nightmare for quality. I had to get another completely different Fitter to come and make good the bad job that had been done. Absolutely awful company. I would never recommend this compancy at all.

Arranged a design visit, the day before the visit a person called Sherif called to confirm the appointment. I when I told him my father was going to be there instead of me, he gave me 50 reasons why they can not come out. He said we need to meet the owner, I said he is the owner. He then said we need to meet with someone who knows what they want in the design, I said he fully knows what is happening. Ended up canceling the appointment as he clearly wasn't bothered about helping or coming out to the design visit! Rude and very unprofessional!!

BEWARE and hope that you never have to use their guarantee .a door warped on my new kitchen within the guarantee period .The doors had been discontinued and not now produced even though it was guaranteed for 5years there fore their only solution was to provide different doors for the whole kitchen for which I would have to pay The installation manager was unhelpful and it took me 4 visits to the showroom and numerous telephone calls .IWould certainly never recommend Beta LIving to anyone and advise them to steer clear of this firm

My kitchen got done today toke them four weeks to complete , Mr Lenny who was my insulation manager was not helpful man , we had to clean all our cup, plates and everything in the upstairs bathroom, do you think this is right thing to do when we have paid all the money upfront.

Brought a £7000 kitchen in 2013, in 2014 all the trim around the doors was coming off! Called betta living over a 100 times they were suppose to replace all doors! It's is now April 2015 still waiting for fitter to finish which has taken him 8 times to come back! Very very disappointed with kitchen and service! Newly married couple finishing off there dream home and kitchen has been a nightmare!
