“ITEMS AND STOCK IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT SHIPPING IS AWFUL ALWAYS 5 DAYS OR MORE UNLESS YOU PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR IT AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AT LEAST$15 AND IF YOU ORDER ON A FRIDAY MORNING YOUR DELIVERY DATE IS THAT FOLLOWING TUESDAY NOT OVERNIGHT THE WAY I SEE IT”

Thank you for your interest in B&H and for this feedback. I am sorry any aspect of our performance is unsatisfactory. B&H closes mid-afternoon Fridays which has an effect on the shipping schedule for orders placed Fridays. For thousands of products, we offer free shipping to any location within the "lower-48" states. For thousands of others, discounted shipping or "expedited" shipping is available. For other shipping options we make every effort to control fees. For example, sending a Nikon Z9 camera to Los Angeles is less than $19 for FedEx 2-day service. -- Henry Posner / B&H Photo-Video

“Today I ordered a DJI Gimbal online today at 12:30 with comformation email saying it was being packed or shipment. Twenty minutes later I got an email saying my order was canceled. Then at 1315 their was a third order and then followed by a text from my bank saying they canceled my card due to fraud activity. I called and the nice lady said for me to use a different card and screenshot showing the funds were taken out and the screenshot clearly shows it was taken out. I called back later on in the evening and was told their was never a transaction for 770 and will not help me. Now I'm out of $770 until B&H refunds the funds so I can again try to get the Gimbal and I will never do business with B&H again”

“Helped me resolve an issue getting a microphone stand adapter when the vendors' spec sheet was wrong. They checked the item in the store and confirmed the error and found me the correct adapter. Awesome support!”
