“The store's prices are competitive with Amazon. However, one thing to know about their Payboo B&H credit card through Comenity bank which one can use to get a rebate on the sales tax is that: 1- It is good ONLY at B&H (like an old school department store credit card) 2- one must make a purchase at B&H within 12 months of receiving the card, and then must make a purchase at B&H at least once every 18 months in perpetuity or the card will be canceled by them I don't believe that was the case with their old Payboo hard through Synchrony bank, which they shut down prior to going with Comenity. Requiring a purchase at their store every 18 months to keep your card from getting canceled may not be a deal breaker for many people, but it just rubs me the wrong way. I read through the legalese of their multipage credit card agreement and couldn't find that rule and was made aware by an email after I had gone 1 year without a purchase. I then called Comenity customer service and they confirmed.”

“B&H is my 'go to" choice for my photo needs. Price, availability and website data /ease of use are all excellent. My only "complaint" is that delivery date is not accurate. Often comes sooner than expected which is not helpful for items requiring a signature or I do not wish to leave unattended as I need to arrange my schedule to be home to accept delivery. (My recent lens purchase came next day rather than the stated arrival date.) I now to have to ship to my wife's office for signature which works well most of the time, but not always. Absent unavoidable delays, I would prefer a two or three day delivery date which can be counted on rather than an early arrival.”
