“I have been trying to get through to an actual customer service person for nearly an hour. I called and got unwanted promotional offers about an alert device and a car repair program—all recorded and long and of no interest to me. When I pressed # as instructed if I did not agree to sign up, it hung up on me. 3 calls produced the same results. The live chat is equally frustrating. I have been waiting 25 minutes to be transferred to the next available customer service rep. No indication whether that will ever actually happen. Meanwhile my simple question about a pending order is still unanswered. The quality of customer service anywhere can be good or not so good. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered.”

“Purchased 2 items to be shipped to the UK. Returned the items which were refunded less the customs tax. It took me 3 months to get a partial payment.It's now been over 4 months and I still haven't received a full refund. Terrible customer service. I will never use this company again, and highly recommend no-one order if items are being shipped internationally.”

“After charging my credit card immediately upon taking my order they were never able to ship because of a 'glitch' in their system. When I finally cancelled they charged me for a free item that was supposed to be included in my order which I never ordered and never wanted and never downloaded which was free junkware that they now want to charge me a $100 for. So 1 month without shipping my order after taking full payment on day one and now charging me $100 for something that I did not order, and did not want and have never really gotten. They are the worst experience I have ever had in internet shopping and they should be blacklisted from ripping people off.”
