“They have sent broken equipment that delayed a professional trip on one occasion and on this most recent occasion, I ordered a camera that was set to arrive on the range date, and I received an email saying they had called to verify my payment, although I had been using the same form of payment at Adorama as a first time customer I emailed and called back but they were closed and the next email I received was that my order was canceled due to lack of verification. I don’t know if they expect people to answer calls they don’t know in today’s world of overwhelming scam calls , but once again, they left me high and dry with nothing but a few thousand dollars missing from my bank account for a couple of weeks. Do not shop here, try Adorama I highly recommend them.”

The purpose of our verification process is to deter credit card fraud, identity theft, and other forms of online piracy. It is for our customers' protection. Increasingly it is required by the merchant banks which permit us to accept card-absent transactions. Your order was refunded the same day it was cancelled and the refund should be visible on your bank's account in just a couple of business days. “I was frustrated because my original order wouldn't work. talked to another tech and was cut off. Reconnected with a second tech only to get cut off again. Reconnected to the second tech and had to repeat everything I discussed with the first tech and the second one provided me with alternative solutions that the original tech didn't provide (although not his fault). So I placed another second order predicated on what the second tech recommended. Hopefully, when I receive the new order, everything will connect and I can move on.”

“B&H have a wide range of products and accessories. When you have an account you have access to your orders and can start to preview their suggestions for accessories. For example, I wanted a simple hand holder for my Sony ZV-1F camera, but did not the expensive electronic hand holder. B&H had the suggestions as I scrolled down my previous order. This was a great help and a quicker check out. And, the simple hand holder (less than $24) had free shipping. Wow! Thank you, B&H Photo. A happy custome.”
