They don't provide a light bulb and don't make it clear. It doesn't even ask or suggest an opportunity to purchase the correct bulb at check out. When I email them to ask where the light bulb is, they said "well it is a no lamp fixture you should have known it didn't have a bulb. We don't provide a bulb because we don't know what type you would like" Really!

Big Frog staff was helpful but manufacturer sucks! It took 11 days for them to ship an in stock unit. Then another three for it to get to my house. That’s just not good customer service Ecco temp.

My low score is because my descaling kit was packed upside down causing weakness to the seal in the descaling liquid bottle When I opened my case the descaling liquid had leaked inside the case and inside the bucket. The packing material and manuals were thoroughly saturated. It was a mess to clean up. It caused loss of some descaling liquid and instruction information plus it started corrosion on the metal service hose connections. Very poor packing.

I received the wrong product, made contact with big frog about the issue, sent requested information about the wrong product to them, have not heard anything from them informing me of any steps they are taking to correct the issue. As of today 2 days no response and I need the product to complete a job scheduled for Monday next week. Not a happy customer right now!

The mighty pump did not work properly. I emailed for help, and their email did not help.

When I received my pump assembly I went to open the lid of the tub. One of the bolts would not come out as the nut it threaded into was turning within the tub housing. I called in right away to ask what to do. I was told that they would get right back with me. I received an email saying a case had been started and that I could track it by clicking on a link. When I did, it asked for a password that I had never been assigned. Long story short. Several days went by and I had to install the unit in a customers home damaged. I was never contacted back so I called in and they told me I would have to get help from the manufacturer. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. My customer is very unhappy and I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Made from cheap plastic. The motion sensor doesn’t work well at all. Put it on every setting and could not get it to go off. The geese were right in front of it and it didn’t go off. A complete waste of money.

the loppers I bought were poorly packaged and as a result punched a hole through the cardboard box, I didn't see any visible damage to the the loppers so I kept them, otherwise would have returned

I ordered a new Grundfos shallow well pump. When it arrived, I noticed the interior of the pump body was wet inside and covered in "grimy" black gunk. I installed the pump and it would hum but would not spin. I disassembled the pump body and found a fair amount of debris inside that appeared to be rust chunks and build-up of some kind. After cleaning it out and reassembling, the pump is working fine. I'm suspicious that this pump was either used, refurbished or was a return. I did not have time to deal with returning it and was concerned about the high shipping cost.

When I received 4 sprinkler valves that I had ordered and opened the box, I found out that they were not the size I was expecting ( I just pulled one valve out of the box, it was in perfect condition and put it right back). I called Big Frog Supply right away and I told them that I had ordered these valves based on the inside and outside diameter of the inlet and outlet openings on my valves (dimensions that are not specified on the website). I told them I wanted to return them and was told they would send me a return label, which they did as soon as I hanged up the phone. We also talked about refund and was told that If I returned them unused, within 10 days, in the same condition I had received them, and in the same box (and because they did not have all the dimensions listed on their website) the whole amount might be refunded minus maybe amount they paid for delivery. I fulfilled all their requirements but my refund was still $130.42 short, and here was no explanation of why they were deducting this amount on the e-mail I received from them. I called and was told that there was a missing solenoid on one of the valves. If this is true, then it's because I received them like that. Again, i just pulled one out of the box and that one was complete with solenoid attached. The name of the person I talked to everytime I called is John Travis.

HI, I ordered (2) $75 rainbirds, they were sent in a soft Fed Ex pouch, Zero protection, no original packaging, no nozzle kits, when I called i really thought it could have been handled in a way that would have fixed the problem but it wasnt, I was just sent a return label, game over..

I wanted to return an 4 boxes of RB 5004 due to a better price point elsewhere, but I was informed by you representative that I was not able to return them and he wouldn’t consider reaching out to his supervisor to ask because he knows what the outcome would be…… I also asked him if they would refund me the difference of cost to keep me happy unfortunately answer was NO!!! Very disappointed and not sure if I will ever shop your website……
