“Excellent communications! Timely delivery! Parts were bang on! Put them in my sprinklers and they worked as specified, no problems. I'll check with Big Frog in the future for my irrigation needs!”

“I enjoyed the quick response during communication. Unfortunately the two tractor travel sprinklers were damaged. Cast iron body with plastic wheels not a good idea. Each unit had broken wheel. Big Frog was quick to respond and issue paperwork to return for full credit. Products were dropped off at Fedex 5/27/21. Hopefully I will send the credit to my credit card soon.”

“Very good customer service. Ordered a part for my K Rain indexing valve which was promptly delivered. Could not open indexing valve due to age and the Florida heat. Got a prompt response with shipping label to return part. Tried to order a new indexing valve and the customer service agent advised that there was a supply problem and the valve I needed was out of stock. Honesty is the best policy.
