“Big Frog was quick to remedy a problem with the original shipment. Big Frog shipped a replacement the same day that the problem with the original shipment was identified. The Rinnai tankless water heater was installed by a licensed plumber, and it is now preforming well. It has a recirculation system and delivers hot water almost immediately, as expected.”

“This company has been so amazing. The order went out on time and they helped me track it with Federal Express for over a week as it was lost. Unfortunately, Fed Exp damaged the shipment, and the company/customer service people were so great and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and my contractor says he will use them again.”
