“Right pump for my tub pushed the button on and ran superb”

“Big Frog was quick to remedy a problem with the original shipment. Big Frog shipped a replacement the same day that the problem with the original shipment was identified. The Rinnai tankless water heater was installed by a licensed plumber, and it is now preforming well. It has a recirculation system and delivers hot water almost immediately, as expected.”

“This company has been so amazing. The order went out on time and they helped me track it with Federal Express for over a week as it was lost. Unfortunately, Fed Exp damaged the shipment, and the company/customer service people were so great and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and my contractor says he will use them again.”

“I order a tankless water heater, and it arrived with internal damage. I called Big Frog, and then sent pictures of the damage. Big Frog immediately shipped a replacement water heater and gave me an additional discount on the replacement to compensate for the time and inconvenience of repacking and returning the damaged unit. I could not be happier with Big Frog's service.”
