“I had to return an item that I bought by mistake and I was charged $30 for shipping!! Almost 1/2 of the cost of the item. I will never do business with big frog supply again.”

Arrived in perfect condition however I was a little apprehensive because I ordered a Rinnai RUR98Ni and the picture on Big Frog's website was that of a lesser model, it wasn't...
