“Wow! Ordering was easy. The water heater showed up on time. All the equipment arrived in perfect condition, with all the necessary parts. This is an upgraded version of my 12+ year old Rennai. My contractor had the old one removed and the new one in and working in about 2.5 hours. Great product.”
