“I’d never ordered from Big Frog Supply before, but I certainly will use them in the future. This is for several reasons: first of all, some of the sprinkler heads were damaged en route. They immediately shipped new ones to me; secondly, I discovered they had sent me the wrong size on another order, and they immediately shipped out the replacement heads; next, they emailed return shipping labels the same day I talked with them; forth, their automated phone system actually connects you with a person right away, and lastly, the employee who helped me was courteous, friendly and immediately took care of my issues. I highly recommend them!”

Your order was picked and processed that night in our East Coast Facility, and then picked up by the carrier the following morning Friday the 18th. The item delivered Monday the 21st to your home.
