“Not sure if I can be called happy. But, it was nice to find what I was looking for. It's the shipping cost and the time required to obtain receipt of the product that that makes me not so happy.”

“I was nervous to order through Big Frog because I've never done business with this company. It was easy to go through the ordering process. The RainBird WiFi controller was delivered promptly and I really appreciated being kept up to date on the delivery status throughout. Item was exactly as described and it works great!!”

“Big Frog customer representative could not answer simple installation question and attempts to contact Franklin also proved unsuccessful after they inquired if I was a dealer or consumer, they told me they would not speak with me because i was not a dealer and referred me to professional installation. So much for technical support.”
