“This is the first time I've ever used Big Frog. I was searching for a pump for a whirlpool bathtub. Big Frog had the lowest price by far! With free shipping you would be hard pressed to find a better deal. I was updated throughout the shipping process. I ordered it on Friday and received it on Tuesday via UPS. I will definitely use this company again!!!”

“"My order arrived and the sets were all broken up, I emailed shortly after receiving the product in the mail and have not yet heard back. Very disappointed. " Update - After they saw this review, they contacted me and sent me 5x the amount I had originally ordered and refunded my money on the original order. Very happy with their customer service. They also said they would change their practices on how they shipped the nozzle trees so they wouldn't get the same results with other shipments.”
