“This place is a joke. They do not print their return policies on their packing slips or invoices. Then when you try to return product they tell you that you should have read their return policies before ordering. They do not even warn you of these policies when ordering. This is no way to do business!!!”

“I ordered my sprinkler valves on a Friday, and got an e-mail confirmation. I kept checking to look for shipping information, but nothing. The following Friday I e-mailed them. They replied that their records showed the items shipped, but they would check with UPS. A couple hours later I got an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. The next Friday the parts showed up. So, it took two weeks but the parts were correct and well packaged. If you check their address with Google maps, you will find that it is a UPS office. I would probably buy from them again if I wasn't in a hurry.”
