“Easy to navigate website; good product line. Tried to expedite the delivery by phone the day after I placed the order online. Customer Service went out of their way to intercept the package but it was too late. Ended up returning the item and once again Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I will happily do business again with Big Frog.”
