“Although I had problem with the unit Big Fog did everything they could to resolve the situation. Unfortunately Rinnai was not as helpful but did get it fixed with a new circuit board eventually.”

“They had the answers to the questions prior to buying. The price was great some contractors said they couldn't get it at that price. So far its been working for approx 2 months with no issues.
