Just a quick reminder to your shipping department to apply extra care when shipping very heavy items like my liberty pump,, as it almost didn’t survive the trip while remaining secure in the factory container. “Good job all around. ONE thing they could do, is to tell you before you buy, is tell you how it ships. It changes things for us that live in the woods .I have a po box but our post office will not except package from ups fedx ect.. But if I know they are shipping usps the po box is good but not my Physical address because I don't have a mailbox out where I live. Short story tell us how you shipping up front. I did email but reply was to late and it said usps but when I go shipping tracking it was FedX so the office didn't really know or looked into it to give me the fact they guessed”

“Big Frog cannot figure out what has been shipped to me for my order of 3 items. I received 5 nozzles for a total cost of about $9 with an email saying that I received my entire order of $146. Seven valves at about $21 each had not been shipped. Then I received 3 of the seven valves again with an email saying they completed my order. I have sent them 3 emails with pictures of the packages but they say that they have not received the emails when I know that they have. Overall their order and shipping people are very poor at their job.”

“Very fast delivery and fair price on pumps. However, I thought that this Sta-Rite SNF-L1 shallow well pump was the same as my last one, and found out that 1-1/2 horsepower doesn't mean that you'll get the same volume of water. The new Sta-Rite pump delivers much less water than my old one. The SNF-L1 is okay if you have a single hose or a very limited number of sprinklers, but no more. When I try to run several lines at once, the pressure drops below 10 and air gets in the line. I suspect that the water column in the well is breaking due to not enough suction from the new pump. The old pump had no problems like that and I miss it already.”
