“Big Frog Supply is a class act! I am so impressed with their business and customer service I felt compelled to share my experience. I had received an order from my plumber for a grease trap that didn't fit and had to return it. They were quick to respond and as long as my order was made within 30 days with the original packing and parts they refunded the cost minus the shipping costs to mail the item back! They even emailed me a packing label!! I would HIGHLY recommend Big Frog Supply to anyone and I will definitely make them my first choice vendor in the future.”
