“Just have to tell the truth I order a backflow 3 weeks ago it shipped and was in my home town within 36 hours then the nightmare begins... 2 weeks go by I can’t get a hold of no one (shipper or big frog) I was hitting the post button here when my phone rang form big frog Ms Ruby was on the phone she actually handled the situation and shipped at my request with another shipper ( big brown) it arrived today on schedule in one piece thank you Ms Ruby from big frog she did actually what she said she would do! Really nice to work with great people really not happy the (x shipper)”
