“I've bought a couple of guitars from Billy Hyde because they had the best prices, and they did a good job of processing my orders. Freight companies are still in the 19th century tho, but that is not the shop's fault.”

“My purchase got lost in transit - after about 2 weeks I emailed for an update. The people at Billy Hyde's did an amazing job with their customer service, and ended up sending my product again separately with a different courier. I did have to wait but their response to a delivery lost in transit was top notch. Excellent service.”

They have advised that you called them and advised further delivery inrformation to assist with this being delivered to your home. “Your proof of identity checks don’t work. I had several emails and had to prove my identity, proof of card all sorts of stuff, was close to jacking it in as was becoming too hard to do. Would not recommend based on checks to authenticate my card, the customer . Poor”
