“I recently ordered an acoustic guitar online from Billy Hyde Music. Their phone operator was extremely efficient in helping me check availability, the online ordering system was simple to use and I received immediate communication from the warehouse during processing the payment, letting me know when my order was processed and letting me know when the courier was on the way. I received my guitar, from Melbourne to regional Victoria, within 24 hours. Not sure how their service could be any better!”

“Purchased an amp head for over 3k, I didn't notice until a week later that it was missing a pedal and a clip case. When returning to collect the missing items even more items were provided that were missed. Please be more mindful.”
