“Spoke on the phone before ordering my Boss CP1X compressor and they confirmed it was in stock at Nunawading - went online and had it shipped - it got to Melbourne CBD next day before lunch - awesome service! Thanks guys 😊 Sean”

“Bought a hard case for my epiphone casino online as is the morm now with the Covid issue, advertised at $239, good price picked it up communication was excellent then I got it home and it had a tag on It saying sale price $229 ? But can’t complain the service was good although they could find the case when I first got there. Overall good experience”

“Billy Hyde has always been a great store to visit. We really like the drum dept where the staff in general and David Bailey in particular are knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Due to lockdown, we were unable to visit, so I ordered from the drum dept, online. One of the products I ordered was not in stock,but they informed me immediately and gave me an accurate, amended delivery time. The package arrived when advised, in time for my son's birthday. Great service, yet again and free postage! My son can't wait to return to the store once it's open again.....and neither can I !”

“My order was not all available for pick, when I first ordered I was informed of this and I chose to wait until all items had arrived before I wanted to pick up. All was good. 4 days later, I got an email to say my order was ready. So I rang, no it had not all arrived only one part was in but I should come get it. No thanks as I told you, I would come when it was all in. 3 days later a reminder that I had not picked the order up. Another 3 days later and a second notice arrived, this time we were actually able to pick up. If you are going to offer delay in pick up please make sure it can be reflected in your ordering processes.”

“During these crazy times I was not able to visit the store in person and had to order online. Billy Hyde sent my order on the same day. Through no fault of there own, my order was delayed due to Aus post and took 3 weeks to get from Mitchem to Lang Lang. As seems to be the case with Aus post these days, they only action something once a complaint has been raised. Billy Hyde (without any prompt from myself) sent me an email stating that the order had been delayed and that they were investigating the situation. The next day I received my order. 5/5 Service”

“I have had bad on-line experiences before, so I am always cautious whenever I place an order. However, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable processes to date. Scrolling thru the range was easy, placing the order was simple - and I got it the next day - just as they promised. Great job.”

“For some reason I only received the first couple of order tracking notifications but I didn’t get one to say when it was coming on the day it arrived but that’s probably not your fault, apart from that everything went perfectly, cheers”
