Sent the wrong case, than tried to charge me extra GST for an equivalent different branded Gato case. Took several emails before they accepted their 2nd ERROR. Took 4 weeks to get delivery which another company supplied me the Ibanez correct case in 4 days from ordering to arriving to me.

It seems your some of your staff don't know the products you sell. That would be the only explanation for sending me a guitar case to suit a bass guitar a Ibanez MB300c when I ordered and was invoiced for Electric guitar case which was a Ibanez M300C. Very disappointing service.

Buyer beware, Billy Hyde’s return policy is not what it seems. They will hit you with a 20% restocking fee even if the item does not perform as advertised. Will never purchase from them again.

Waited over two weeks for delivery. It wasn’t till I called after one week to find out it was still in warehouse. Yet I was told via email it had been sent one week earlier.

Worst in-store pickup service I've experienced.To find out after order placement your ,vague "not instant" means coming from outside store stock by slowest courier ever is unacceptable.Has turned me off store completely.

Don't use Toll as your courier. They are absolute clowns.

Hi Rick, thank you for your review. Toll has certainly caused some stress within our team who strive daily to ensure prompt delivery of all orders to our customers. With there recent, and current outages along with the reduced speed of freight at this present time with COVID-19 has certainly seen delays in a number of orders. We have elected at present not to use toll until a time that there systems are back online and stable. Whilst I understand this has not helped your delivery I hope moving forward we don't continue to see these issues. I can assure you our team work very hard to ensure that all orders are delivered to customers as promptly as can be achieved in our power.

Disappointing. I was stuck waiting for several weeks for an item which was listed as "in stock", but was in fact on back-order from the stockist. Even after I was informed that there was no stock available, the item was still listed as "in stock" on your website. I understand that shipping times have blown out recently, but this was straight up dishonest -- if an item isn't available, you should say that it's unavailable before wasting three weeks of my time. I was able to find the same item from another supplier, who sent it within 2 days.

Online purchase is not good for beginners . I purchased an item looking onto an image on billys website but got entirely different item that I want. Si for beginners I would suggest walk in to local shops.

Wrong guitar sent out and when I got the guitar it came in a box that they must have got out of a bin coz it was all put together by sticky tape and they forgot to send my strings that I ordered and they gave me a case that is wrong size for guitar very poor performance for a store that had a terrible reputation for customer service and obviously hasn’t changed
