“Ordered Marshall headphones, was sent the wrong model twice before getting what I had originally ordered. Issue was rectified in the end but it was a lot of back and forth, messing about and ultimately had to wait an additional week+ before getting what I ordered.”

“Range and buying part was ok. When it got to the emails of deliveries that’s when it got confusing. The email doesn’t specify that’s it’s been picked up by courier, it just says it’s been picked up in the shop which make people think someone has possibly done a click and collect. When I emailed to try to re-confirm that it had actually been picked by a courier I got no reply for days and had to call. The package did take a long time to arrive but under the circumstances it’s understandable”

“The pedal arrived the day after I ordered it, was the best price around and arrived in perfect condition. So I ordered a second pedal and the service was exactly the same. Not only did they tick all the boxes they were consitent. So not only do I rate them highly, I recommend them highly as well.”
