“I bought a complete Raymarine I60. My only concern is that it looks like a former floor model or a return. The wind cane components had a chalky substance on them and eveything looked repackaged. I hope it works correctly.”

“Website was easy to navigate. Search engine was easy too. Description on info was helpful. I received my purchase email within 24hrs of placing my order. My epoxy was well packaged. I liked that is shipped via FedEx with tracking number. I also was able to have free shipping :) The only reason I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I was not able to choose a faster shipping method. I would have paid to have my package arrive faster. I will definitely be ordering from this company again :)”

“Always a pleasure doing business with Binnacle. They respond promptly to questions, ordering is easy and is always filled and shipped quickly. They go the extra mile to help if you need to change an order too and don't make you feel like you have inconvenienced them. Really appreciate the free shipping for purchases over $100. This alone shows their commitment to keeping customers happy and passing on savings and efficiency. I really respect this and hope it never changes. Ordering from other chandleries usually involves significant (even exorbitant) shipping charges for even small items. Binnacle clearly recognizes how quickly shipping can add up and have made an effort to mitigate this cost. Thank you again. One request for improvement... I find the website quite slow, often taking some time to move to a new page. I am using a modern computer and have tried different browsers and settings but the problem remains. There is so much inventory on the website I'm sure it's not easy to program but if there was a way to make browsing for items, and switching back and forth to compare them, easier and faster that would be great. Maybe a 'compare' function? I've seen this on other websites and it is very helpful. Thanks again for the great service.”

“The price, quality, quick delivery and over the phone support when required was great. I will definitely consider additional purchase. Delivery of the items at this end of the country was weird and unprofessional. The parcel was left in the lobby unattended. It could have been stolen easily. Luckily I saw it and picked it up quickly.”

“Tested Using Bio Fuel while camping (Hot Tent). Works great as a heater, if you put a cold pan of water on the inner pot supports there does seem to be some fumes given off that hurt the eyes a little but this doesn't happen if you place the pan on top of the lid or are frying on the inner pan supports but other than that works great, kicks out plenty of heat didn't quite burn for the 5 hours on full setting but close. Bought it as an alternative to tent wood stove and will likely be my go to heater from now on lightweight enough and simple to use”
