“Tout serais parfait si je pouvais communiquer (commander) directement sur votre site. Comme vous le savez probablement ( je vous l'ai signalé à quelques reprises ). Je peut faire la commande à partir d'un de vos courriel, mais quand vient le moment de payer rien ne se passe. Impossible de compléter la transaction. Si je vais sur Google (cette page ne fonctionne pas....Binnacle vous à redirigé à de trop nombreuses reprises / ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Vous ne semblez pas capable de régler le problème.”

“One of the best thing that you guy offer is the free shipping and fair prices , and quick response to inquiries. But can you please reveal Which shipping company you are going to use as you have been using ups which does not deliver to my house and Require 1/2hour drive to pick up then 1/2 hour to get back to my work , where as Purolator and Canada post Is right next door to my work ,none of the shipping company deliver to my house as I live out of town . .feel free to only us the fist part of this . Cheers Kelvin”

“Service was great has always, i taught the item i bought was the wrong size pfd, i called and was directed to the website because his computer was down, i later determined that the next size up from medium, would be to big, so everything worked out fine.Great store and staff.”

“Product ordered was initially out of stock so could not meet required delivery date. However, once back in stock, original pricing was maintained and new delivery date was established and met. Product delivered was as expected.”
