I wish the battery life was longer, and that it was waterproof, but other than that I really like it. I like that it doesn't have a display, and that the bands can be easily changed. The testing seems accurate, and I like the amount and type of information that it collects. Overall a good product, if the first couple of minor issues I mentioned were changed (especially the battery, waterproof isn''t that big of a deal), it would be 5 stars all day.

While I love the product and the goal - it seems that over the past couple of months that there haven't been any updates, including even addressing early issues (the post-recording quick feedback has not worked for months - always need to go back after a sleep session is finished, and add later). The algorithms for sleep still appear to be a bit off; some of the suggested presentation of movement has never come to fruition. It's a product with great promise, and the new Ethos seems even better...but appears that Biostrap could be falling behind competitors.

They replaced my charger in electronics after over one year which was great! The shoe pads have a tendency to break broken over three of them in the past year and they charge me to replace those. These were such a minimal amount, I was a little surprised they would charge me for them. Otherwise, great!

The short life of the battery. Day and a half is the best I've got.

There is some text verbiage that doesn't really make sense. I have taken a few screenshots

I wasn't too happy with the product it could use some improvements. The software syncing is slow and I found the sleep to be inaccurate. I would go to bed at 11 pm and the stats would tell me I went to bed at 10 pm. This happened several time consistently. I didn't like how I was unable to see my heart rate on demand. You just see a time frame of when the device measured the heart rate. The strap would come off at night and I found the rubber to be itchy. The company claims to have improved the strap. I think they should try again.

I bought this to compare to a competitive product that I have used for the past 5 months and have found that the Biostrap is more convenient and comfortable to wear and use. Charges faster and holds longer and the data is more comprehensive. The only "however" is the activity recording being a manually initiated process. I have multiple training apps and I would like to be able to import the data from those into the Biostrap or have automatic recording of activities. All metrics seem to be accurate with no outlying data so far but that manual recording of activities needs to be addressed in the software.

I love this product and the analysis it gives. But i think the app should more user friendly as in for users who cant really make a conclusion out of all this data. You should give a daily score basing on all of the analytics. A score that would give an intuative idea of how recovered are you and a value that will let you know how hard can you push it today. Further more, regarding sleep analysis, you should give advise on how much sleep we should get following a day. For example if i sync my device at night, i would get the analytics from throughout the day and the app can show me how much sleep i need to get to have more of a chance to wake up recovered. Other than that great product. Great analytics and the strap 2.0 never falls. Just need to twick the app a bit.

Hi Omri! Thanks for your amazing feedback! You read our minds about the recovery score idea. We're been baking something internally to address this need. We might release it as a beta feature in the very near future. We also have a "recommended sleep" amount, but it's not yet ready for production. Still tweaking this one, but glad to hear that this feature has some demand.

Way better than the one that comes with the unit . I must have big wrist though as this strap is at the last two notches which doesn't let the tail stay in the restraint. Would like to have a band that is a little longer but again way better than the original

I have been chatting with Caitlin, my sleep is not being properly recorded, It does not point where I am in relation to others and it is not taking my HR at all. OI am still waiting for her to get back to me on this issue

Great concepruslization and execution: HRV as well as HR, Oxygenation as well as Respiration, awesome activity tracking and data visualization. My only compliants are that I’d love to have accurate continuous HR measurement throughout exercise so it’s all in one place; and given all this data, I’d really like to be able to download it so I can track and analyze it.

I always tell my patients, "You can't change what you don't monitor." For the first time ever, I'm beginning to understand EXACTLY how stress and diet affect my sleep and sleep recovery. I've always suspected it, but now I have the actual hard data. With the sleep function alone, I've improved my sleep by 25% in the past two weeks since I've had the device. The only knock that I can give it isn't related to the device itself. It's simply the blue and white bands. They are very difficult to attach and, sometimes when you think you've attached it correctly, it will fall off of my wrist. Needless to say, I don't use those bands, which is a shame. If those bands were exactly the same as the black band, everything would be fine! Again, the device itself is amazing. I absolutely love it, the metrics it tracks, and the positive impact it's having in my life in such a short time. I can't wait to see what life is like after wearing it for 6 or 12 months. The extra band issue is the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars. Dr. B

I love the device. There seems to have been some database issues the last 4 days or so. I've been unsuccessfully been able to log in for a dew hours every morning. I wake up logged out. The data from the device seems to be synching fine once I can log in though.

Had to return mine on warranty and the discount for buying accessories expired before I had a chance to use it the first time. Just not right. 100% happy with the product & service other that that.

I’ve found Biostrap to be a terrific solution for managing and monitoring my health. A few items need addressing. First, battery life. Having to recharge every theee days or less interrupts one activity or another. If I recharge while I sleep I miss that monitoring. If I recharge during the day I’ll miss some steps or other monitored data. Don’t get me wrong it’s a marked improvement over my previous solution. The other issue is keeping track of the shoe Biostrap. Once removed from my workout shoes it is difficult to locate because of its size and weight. At the moment I’ve misplaced it and have no electronic way of finding it. Perhaps the next iteration should have a tracking capability to help locate it?

I have tried fitbit and biostrap. I like both. I almost wish that the two would get together to make one comprehensive device. That way I could pick and choose what I wanted feedback on. And the competitions in FitBit are great motivators. I still wear both.
