“I was disappointed to discover that I had lost my original BioStrap during a torrential rain storm recently. In my haste to get out of the drowning rain, I didn’t perceive that I’d stripped it off my wrist. I have since ordered a replacement as I value the information that this device provided (mainly my sleep, HR, and Oxygenation data). I also got the (more secure) alternate strap. BioStrap for their part did give me a discount on the replacement, which was nice of them.”

“I had purchased a wristband and shoe pod. I received my Biostrap very quickly. Unfortunately, I was having issues with trying to get my wristband to pair with my phone. After chatting with a team member, and trying a few different things, it was determined that my sensor was in brick mode. I was promptly emailed a return label with instructions on how to return for a new sensor. Not even a week later, I received my new sensor!! I'm super pleased with not only the level of help that I recieved, but the quickness in which everything was done.”

“I have to say, so far I am loving my biostrap. It has been very helpful lately with my attempt to get my health in check.
