“I've only had my Biostrap for a couple of weeks but i really like the performance. I dump the data to my iphone8 and it has been fairly seamless so far. It took me a little while to understand what was being measured and described but now I'm comfortable with it. The sleep lab report is pretty nice too although the terms 'recuperate' and 'exhausted' may be a bit much. Nice product and worth the price.”

“This strap is so versatile! In particular, I love that it can track my meditation practice and my sleep. I upgraded the service to include the Sleep Lab...well worth it. I actually wear the ankle strap at night so my leg movement can be tracked. One thing I am trying to get a better handle on is heart rate variability (HRV). I've been watching YouTube videos on the subject so I can better understand this particular metric and it's correlation with your health.”
