“For hearly £15 pounds this is the biggest RIP OFF ever . The Box arrived , it was the size of my Phone ! I thorght it was some sort of Joke ! a sample maybee , But NO , this was my Box of Biscuits ! Mever again ! Beware of what you are actually buying !”

We do try to make it clear on the website through the images provided and the description that this is our small box of chocolates and only includes 6 chocolates. There is an image to show them in their box and for you to see the size. We're so sorry that you are disappointed by this but I do hope the recipient still enjoys them. “Biscuiteers are my go to gift to send in the post for any occasion: Christmas, Birthday, New Home and most recently Get Well Soon. They have always been well received because they are absolutely gorgeous. The ordering and delivery system is quick and easy and I have never been let down. “Chocolates were good but communication to change delivery date was an issue as email was unanswered. Then chocolates were delivered 3 days before original requested date. Was away abroad so unable to communicate with you by phone due to time difference. Very Disappointed with the service.”

“Didn't get to sample or see the finished article as I ordered them as a gift for a friend who lives miles from me. They did text to thank me so I assume all was good. Service I received was timely and efficient as the purchaser.”

“We were concerned that on the day we ordered, the website was down and we had to order by phone. We then found that the male blue Birthday cake was not being produced at all (although it was on the website the day before) and there was no direct alternative. We had to order a cup cake with no provision for a personal name on the biscuit. A previous order in September was easy and straight forward to process”
