“The new baby biscuit gift was well-received but I found it impossible to order via your website on an iPhone and had to borrow a friend's laptop in the end. The site's navigation would benefit from some serious consumer testing. Kind regards.”

“My Friends were getting married and as they had been married before had everything they needed. So I wanted to buy them a different gift. Your wedding tin of biscuits seemed perfect. I have just had a lovely photo message from her from Italy where they are honeymooning . They took the tin with them and were sitting drinking champagne eating your biscuits. She said. Fab, fab present. Love them so much!! Think you win the wedding present prize! X I think it says it all. Thank you Biscuiteers.”

“I have ordered from Buiscuiteers twice now as presents for family . Both times the receivers were delighted with them & feedback was that they not only look fabulous but taste as much too !! “I have now made several purchases from Biscuiteers and every single one has been amazing - by Aunts have loved their boxes of gorgeous flowers and butterflies. My friend loved her marathon pack after a gruelling 26 miles and cried when she saw the biscuits. A Fridah for a friend after we visited the V&A exhibition so yummy and so relevant. Most recent purchase for my friend little boy who did the kids muddy race against cancer 5 k and he's only 7 he's our No1 champ and he's getting a No. 1 champ biscuit.”

“I ordered online to pick up at the store and my delivery didn’t arrive. I had to call several times to make sure I received my order before my event, and most probably they used the store stock because it was not personalized as requested. The quality was not as expected (maybe they were not fresh), and not very gingery.”

Our biscuits are twice baked English style which means they should have a hardness too them so it is really disappointing to hear you did not love them.
