“I love these biscuits but I’ve been so disappointed with delivery. I paid £28.95 (yes madness I know) to have a named delivery for my daughters birthday on Friday 14th June but the biscuits have still not arrived. Really disappointed ☹️”

“Biscuiteers! You take the biscuit! I think you are the best… If I need to send anybody anything I come to you… Original exciting tasty flavourful love you! Everybody I have sent biscuits to via you has been overjoyed.… The only difficulty is nobody sends me a biscuit! I want one… Very original very clever…tasty (I’ve been told)! l with excellent customer service… No worries at all! :-) I have a difficulty navigating websites and I always use the phone and speak to somebody and everybody has it been personable professional and kind and as I am passionate about customer services i must point out that I cannot fault this company or anybody I have spoken to therein!
