“I have only ever sent biscuiteers biscuits. I have never received them. The last time, the person for whom they were bought, did not eat the biscuits! Out of a household of 5, only one son ate them. Now not sure the idea was a good one!”

“Some macarons crushed. Tasted dry. Blackberry no flavour. Present for my 90 year old Mum. Very disappointing and very expensive. Expected much more. Will not buy again.”

“I ordered a tin of biscuits, paid for a chosen delivery day and they were "returned to sender because the people no longer live at that address". Which wasn't the case at all. I was credited for the biscuits to reorder but unfortunately, the account credit didn't include the delivery and was still charging my card. Also, the occasion was now a week past by the time I had this arranged with customer service. So I requested a full refund. Was a lot of faff and it was a really disappointing experience.”

“I have given Biscuiteers tins of biscuits for a birthday, a wedding and an engagement gift. Each time the recipients have been overjoyed, especially with the personalisation. They tell me the biscuits taste lovely, once they've given in and eaten them, and then there is a lovely tin as a keepsake. Pat”
