“The personalised chocs were greeted with lots of wows, so a very successful gift. Sent for a big anniversary rather a wedding, but just as appropriate for the occasion and very original. I've not seen them, but apparently they look too good to eat. I said just take a photo and get stuck in - hope they save me one! The chocs arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised to get tracking emails from Royal Mail so I knew they were on their way.”

“Beautifully presented, unusual gift, lovely to give or receive. Bit pricey for what is essentially still a tin of biscuits, 6 out of 16 were really rather small, they were the "leaves" to the flowers.”

“I've now had two biscuitiers presents from a family member who loves this brand and finds it convenient to send them to people at a distance. Unfortunately, although they are beautifully packed and the icing is professionally done, the biscuits we had in both cases were stale and not pleasant to eat. I'm going to have to tell my sister not to send me any more!”

“Dear Biscuiteers, Have to admit that I went a bit crazy over the photo of your QE-II 90th Birthday box in "Town & County" in the states. First, I had to send a box to my dear friend with three (used to be six) Corgis. I then tried to order mine and the local bank cried "Fraud" and cancelled my order/denying appropriate funds. How dare they? Two emails (not responded to by you all - boohoo) and finally a phone conversation with London fixed this problem. You all were quite gracious and helpful. My friend went "absolutely bonkers" to quote her correctly and I love, love, love mine as well. There was one small problem - sad to say - that the top print of Her Majesty and her brace of Corgis had a small tear in the left hand corner. As I intend to keep my box - (not too many sweet biscuits left by now) for the remainder of my lifetime, do I return the top lid for a replacement? The only other Corgi/QE-II memorabilia I possess is Emma Bridgewater's Diamond Jubilee Tin so yours is very dear to me. In between Corgis am I at the moment, but not without reminders of your longest reigning monarch and the truth that Corgis reign. Yours respectfully and gratefully, Bonnie Ramage”

“Hello, it is funny that I received this email asking for feedback. I have been very fortunate to receive biscuits from yourselves and have always been overwhelmed with the packaging, the quality and the beautiful, exquisite biscuit. I felt I had to share this with fiends and family and have now sent 3 gifts to different people. My most recent was to my best friends and godparents to my little boy who looked after hm whilst my husband was in hospital. My little boy is 'ginger' so what better way to say thank you than to send a Jolly Ginger biscuit! However, when it arrived, despite being thrilled they were a little shocked (please see attached photo). Luckily they saw the funny side!”

“Beautiful biscuits! I ordered the football ones and my six year grandson was absolutely thrilled with them. Most impressive was the helpful and personal service I received from you when I wanted to ensure delivery would be in time for tea on his birthday and you did everything you could to facilitate that. “I ordered the Good Luck Revision Biscuit tin for my daughter Jessie - she's been working so hard on her exams and it was a delight to see her open the box and see how much we appreciate how well she's done and that we just want her to do her best - there were tears I can tell you :)”
