“Bought a tin of Good Luck biscuits for my Grandson and personalized pencil biscuits for my Granddaughter who are both about to sit exams. A small bribe and good luck combination! They were delighted as were their parents who I think managed to squeeze a taste. Thank you for a different type of present. I have now tried several of your different designs for various occasions in the family and everyone has been delighted.”

“Website good, user friendly, easy to set up an account and order. Item arrived quickly, can't comment on the biscuits yet as they are a present for my daughter's birthday. Pretty tin, as others comments, I wouldn't call it 'large' though. Quite expensive for what you get but a nice treat for a gift.”

“The New Kid on the Block Biscuit tin was ordered for my friend's daughter who had had a new baby over in Germany. She was so thrilled to receive a wonderful and unusual gift. The biscuits arrived a week earlier than expected which made me very pleased. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.”

“Every time I open a tin from Biscuiteers I'm always delighted. Be it a present for my children or a treat for the family, the biscuits always bring a smile to my face. They look too good to eat but they are eaten! A company I'm happy to do business with time & time again.”

“I was disappointed as there was a problem with late delivery and damaged goods, and although the matter was resolved with a replacement sent, and a future discount code provided, I still felt let down as I had paid the extra postage fro same day delivery. On a positive note, customer services were brilliant, and I can't fault them for they way the issue was dealt with.”

“I ordered a tin of flower biscuits for a friend who was going in to hospital and paid extra for next day/named delivery. They arrived a day late which made it look like I had forgotten about her. Added to that the tin was dented and when I visited her I was disappointed to see how small the tin was, given that I paid nearly £30 for the whole thing. She showed me the packaging which wasn't padded and was more like a standard Amazon style wrap around cardboard box. She did say the biscuits were lovely. The sales team have said they would refund the delivery cost and send a new empty tin, as I wanted her to have it as a keepsake, but I won't be ordering from Biscuiteers again as they made me look like a rather uncaring friend.”

“The biscuits and their presentation are excellent, but since buying I have been deluged with this company's e-mails. I am fed up with this and also there is no unsubscribe feature. This has dulled the edge of my pleasure in receiving the biscuits themselves. So I might avoid buying these very special biscuits again, just to avoid the intrusive spamming. Why would I want to read about your product daily? I do hope you will address this and reduce the hard sell. thanks Nikki”

“Ordered the box of bix celebrating the Queen's 90th for my dear friend who was celebrating her 50th on the very same day!! A group of her close friends are usually invited to hers for tea, scones and cake (weather permitting, in the garden), and this year with Prosecco - although slightly disappointingly we had to be inside...Well, the box was met with MANY 'ooohs' and 'aahhhs', and the biscuits carefully inspected...my friend had laid on her usual spread of fabulous scones, strawberry jam, home made cakes, so the box was left intact for her delectation after the 'Locusts' had departed! She was thrilled, and now has the lovely box too as a keepsake of the day! Thank you, Biscuiteers.”
