“I gave two of the biscuit tins as Easter gifts. The recipients were blown away when they opened the tins! One was a gluten free mix and they were not only delighted but they tasted SO good too! The Faberge eggs were beyond beautiful - little works of art and the detail was incredible.”

“Biscuits taste and look good, but service is terrible. Paying almost 7 pounds for delivery and everyone I know including myself has never had an order arrive on time. My last order was nearly two weeks late and when I wrote and complained they didn't even dignify me with a reply, Cheers Amanda.”

“The biscuit I ordered arrived in good time and was very happily received. I sent a Mother's day teapot biscuit and it was eaten before I could see it! Many thanks for efficient service.”

“Very disappointed. I received a mail starting the order would be delivered on the Friday before Mother Day. My Mother was texting saying iit has nt arrived which made her worry the gift had got lost The gift eventually turned up Monday afternoon a day late.”

Hi Sally, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you feel disappointed by the delivery service provided. I can see on your order that delivery was estimated on the 4th March with Royal Mail on a 2-3 day service. 95% of parcel sent do arrive on the second delivery day however, as the delivery was made the day after the selected date we would certainly like to make this up to you. “I have received products as gifts before and loved them (biscuit tin and Christmas cake). I ordered 2 small boxes of chocolates and 2 Mothers Day biscuit teapot cards. The chocolates were lovely. The biscuit cards though are overpriced. Packaging great but so disappointed when my Mum opened the box. The biscuit is really tiny and the worded icing was very crooked, making the product look quite cheap. I thought it was a great novelty idea but would never have paid the amount if I had seen it in a shop. Such a shame as I think the concept of biscuits for all the occasions you offer is fantastic. I would recommend your products to others but not the individual biscuit cards.”

“I purchased biscuiteers for my Mother for Mother's Day. When ordering I was told they would be delivered in 2-3 working days. I ordered them on February 29th. They were delivered on March 7th, the day after Mother's Day. This was very disappointing as my Mother did not receive any gift for Mother's Day. I contacted biscuiteers to ask when the delivery would happen. I did not receive any response. Again this was disappointing. I always recommend biscuiteers to my friends and regularly purchase gifts from your Clapham store. I will be slow to do so again. Ciara”

We have had a look at your order and unfortunately, due to the delivery address being outside of the UK, our international delivery option should have been selected. Hi Anna, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the recipients couldn't find the gift message. We try to make instructions to find the message as clear as possible on our address slip, which is placed on the outer cardboard packaging box. The front of the address card prompts the recipient to find the gift message stating; ‘Open me!’ The gift message is automatically printed on the inside of the address card. We cannot process the order without both the address and gift message being fully printed. We understand that you may be disappointed that the message was missed but we can assure you it was printed along with the order. We hope that this helps clear things up for you. The Biscuiteers

“The biscuits were fabulous and the person who received them was delighted I had trouble ordering on line so I had to call and make my arrangements over the phone but was welcomed with a friendly helpful person who dealt with my order ASAP and I got the biscuit delivered the next day great gift idea thankyou .”
