“I bought the letterbox running biscuits as a gift for my husband's first marathon, I was a little disappointed they couldn't be personalised with his time and number but lived the decoration. He opened the biscuits 2 weeks after I bought them but they tasted stale and of cardboard. The expiry date had 2 weeks left after opening so I don't know whether they have a short shelf life or if I was sent old stock. This was very disappointing as the decoration is beautiful. I emailed biscuiteers with my comments, but have had no response. I ordered a tin as a birthday gift before tasting these, I hope these don't taste the same.”

This is really disappointing and we will be flagging this with our production team. All our biscuits leave our kitchen with a minimum of one month shelf life so your biscuits would be within date. “As the lovely gingerbread man was a gift I have not seen it but my friend was tickled pink with it! A small gift that gives a lot of pleasure. And my daughter was delighted with her voucher which came with my first order. Thank you Biscuiteers 😉”

“I ordered a Letterbox biscuit as a birthday gift for a friend. Although the biscuit itself was lovely, it did not arrive as planned in time for her birthday as it couldn't fit through her letterbox, defeating the point of ordering a Letterbox biscuit. I was also disappointed with the customer service as when I phoned to raise my concerns about this issue I had to leave an answerphone message and no-one ever returned my call. Disappointing.”

Hello Claire, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're so sorry that Royal Mail were unable to post your order through the letterbox. In most cases Royal Mail do not have any trouble posting our singular letterbox biscuits through a letterbox, but if the letterbox is obstructed or smaller than usual or another reason as to why the delivery driver is not able to post it through then a signature will be required, which is what seems to have happened with your order. I am so sorry about this but having tracked your order I can see the recipient was able to collect their gift from their local sorting office shortly after.
