“The actual biscuits arrived next day and the biscuits that were ok and looked lovely. I got the teacher box but unfortunately it was during the hot weather and the postman posted them and two biscuits were in half and they had all come out of their space. I did put them back where they belong but I couldn’t glue them in place as they were biscuits. I explained to the teachers and they were fine about it. I have never had this problem before with biscuiteers, I just think it was the hot weather and with coming through the letter box and two biscuits broke and they all come out of their place.”

“Ordered the letter box birthday biscuits (cake and 2x candles) for my husbands birthday. They arrived on the right date and tasted great with lovely icing, unfortunately the two candles were broken which was a shame.”

“Excellent customer service. Lovely quality item, perfectly packaged and very attractive if you are looking for something a little bit different as a gift for someone. I very much liked the idea you can specify when you want your recipient to receive their gift and Biscuiteers prepare and send them to arrive on that specific date. I live in north of Scotland and they arrived on the exact date I had specified. Overall very pleased with Biscuiteers.”

“I ordered the make up box as a thank you to my niece for doing the make up for my daughter’s prom. My daughter had received the good luck box to wish her well in her exams and we thought that this would be a fantastically individual way to say thank you. I was quite disappointed that for £25 the number of biscuits was small and the packaging equally poor considering that for £10 extra, we would have sent far more biscuits in a special reusable tin.”
