“Having been invited to a 60th birthday party for a good friend I wanted to buy a gift that was different but also had a personal touch and meaning to her. I purchased the London set because all three of her daughters currently live and work there and she is a regular visitor. I was delighted with the appearance of the tin and I'm sure the biscuits inside were just as lovely. I haven't heard from her myself yet but I have every confidence that she will be equally pleased. I was introduced to Biscuiteers by a friend who gifted me a set at Christmas and I am now more than happy to spread the word and introduce others to range.”

“Usually I cannot fault Biscuiteers, the biscuits are well presented and make perfect gifts. On this occasion, however, I sent a gift to a friend in mid-August 2019. She informed me that it tasted weird & when she checked the best before date, it said Janaury 2019! So disappointed that these biscuits would even be around to send to people, 7 months later! I've received quick customer service support when I complained & another is being delivered, but it has put me off using this company for future gifts.”

“Really great service, amazingly easy to order at such short notice, and of course a beautiful product that can't fail but make the recipient smile. My only gripe is that when these are usually ordered as gifts, it's slightly poor form to enclose a catalogue, thereby instantly giving away exactly what was spent and somehow just generally detracting from the magic and uniqueness of what's just arrived... But otherwise all great, thank you.”

“I've ordered from Biscuiteers for years, they used to make fantastic presents. Now the size of the biscuits has shrunk a lot, as has the gift tins, but the prices have gone up. I understand it's tough out there, and businesses need to adapt, but when I told customer services how surprised I was at the new wee sizes they were rude to me. There's no excuse for that. Shame as this used to be a fab go to for gifts.”

“Excellent service. The grandchildren loved the ginger bread characters that Grandad gave out as a small gift to them at his special birthday gathering. Big smiles all round when they opened them and saw each had a different biscuit.”
