“My husband received a gingerbread surgeon while recovering from his recent hip replacement and thought it lovely to receive something good in the post for a change. As it was a few days to Mothers Day I sent my mum the I Love My Mum biscuits which arrived quickly and lots of communication on delivery. My son took photos and sent to other friends so good PR for biscuiteers. Thanks for a good product. PS. Shame that the introductory discount is only for biscuit tins as both of the above offered £6 and £5 off - perhaps an idea to offer a lesser amount for your first purchase?”

“I purchased the Fleur Jolly Gingerbread man as a gift for my mum for Mother's Day. It arrived beautifully packaged along with the gift message I'd requested upon ordering. Excellent service! “Absolutely lovely biscuits!!! I sent a superhero card to my daughters boyfriend and a unicorn card to my daughter, and they loved them. Unfortunately there was an issue after collection from biscuiteers and my daughter didn't receive her card, I phoned biscuiteers and they very kindly sent another by courier, cannot ask for better customer service than that!! Thank you Biscuiteers!!”

“This product is inspired! I would have expected this to be faddy, and for the biscuits to be dreadful, but they are delicious as well as beautiful, and stay fresh for ages in the tin. Love it, it's genius!”

“My daughter did love the Happy Birthday chocolate personalised biscuit and said it was very yummy, however, when she described the size of it, it was a lot smaller than I had expected it to be (I didn't look at sizes when I purchased so I don't know if it says the size or not on the website) and for the price I thought it was incredibly expensive. So, she loved getting it, but in hindsight, I think I was mad to pay £11.99 for a biscuit just slightly bigger than the palm of my hand and I probably won't do it again.”

Hi Anne, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with the overall purchase of the Biscuit card! We do list the dimensions of the biscuit card in the product information page so our customers are aware of the size of the card prior to purchase. I apologise that you were unaware of this and subsequently found the product to be disappointing. All of our biscuits are rolled, cut and baked by hand, and then iced individually by our icing artists, before being hand packaged in our special decorative boxes and sent out with our gift cards, which is what makes them so perfect for special occasions. I am glad that your daughter enjoyed her biscuit and found it yummy however, and I hope it made an exciting gift for her birthday celebrations. Thanks again for your feedback. “Last week, I went to London and I took my mum to the Biscuiteers cafe in Notting Hill for afternoon tea and it was perfect! Completely loved it, the sandwiches were to die for, the biscuits were phenomenal as always (I often wish I had an unlimited supply!) and everything else that accompanied was beautiful. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't wait to come back!”
