“Biscuiteers is my go to Special Gift. From the very clever Thank You tins to the brilliant Burns Night Ginger Man they never fail to come up with something for a special occasion. “I received a beautiful thank you box and was thrilled. I ordered a box for a friend and couldn't apply my voucher code for 5 pounds for my next under before I knew it I had paid. Unfortunately when I rang the girl was most unhelpful saying use of your next order. Disappointing customer service”

“Everyone is so thrilled to receive them! I tried my first one at a friend's place some years ago and have been sending them ever since. They look and taste fantastic. I have the Biscuiteers cookbook and have tried making my own — with a successful outcome — great fun but are they ever labour intensive! Buy them. Give them.”

“Fantastic bespoke Roald Dahl biscuits for a 6 year olds themed party. The twit beard biscuit pops were particularly successful. The children absolutely loved them. Great service. Would highly recommend. 5*”

“I purchased some engagement biscuits for my sister and the service was brilliant they arrived in time (having only bought them the day before!) and they were eaten straight away. Would highly recommend”

“Sadly, the biscuits were delivered to the hospital reception but never made it to the recipient. I haven't had time to follow up with the hospital in detail but perhaps there could be a better delivery system where a nurse on the ward has to sign for the biscuits, rather than main reception. The picture of the biscuits on the website looked lovely though!”

Hi Jane, Thanks for letting us know about your delivery. I'm really sorry to hear your biscuits never made it to the recipient in hospital. Unfortunately we can't control where the biscuits get delivered to as most hospitals now have goods in departments and all post gets filtered through to the correct ward, but if we can help by redirecting the delivery to an alternate address please let us know by emailing yum@biscuiteers.com x

“I was lucky enough to receive a delicious box of biscuits from a friend for Christmas. I was amazed to receive such a well presented tin which had three layers of biscuits inside. Each one beautifully decorated and tasted so so nice, the tins are too good to throw away you can make good use of them and recycle. I was so impressed I have bought a few boxes as gifts for friends and family and have even joined the PA Biscuiteers club, I'm due to send my third order soon. Though they are expensive you can get some offers and they make such great gifts. Thanks Biscuiteers!!! Emma”

“We ate the Little Miss Birthday Chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. The feedback from all is thus: The icing is perfect, and the best ever tasted, not sickly sweet, artificial nor chemical tasting, it is natural, soft and delicious. The layer of raspberry jam is delicious and the perfect amount in the cake, Biscuiteers should consider selling their jam in jars, it would be a sell-out hit! The cake is gorgeous, beautifully and professionally decorated and the chocolate is not too sweet not bitter, just right. The sponge is moist and rich. The cake is the epitome of chocolate birthday cakes, moreish and a gastronomic delight. The birthday girl declares it is the best chocolate birthday cake ever and how birthday cakes should taste! We eagerly await the next birthday or celebration so that we can justify ordering another one! We miss the cake! Thank you to the Biscuiteers chefs and staff. x”

“Bought a tin of these lovely biscuits as a thank you gift. Easy to place your order and I am delighted to say the gift arrived on the due date with no problems. The recipient was delighted and wanted to know where I had bought them as she wants to send some as gifts in the future. I recommend this site and the products highly.”

“I have ordered cakes from you on numerous occasions and always been absolutely delighted. Unfortunately on this occasion the cake looked delicious but not one person managed to eat their full piece of cake.. I am not sure how to describe it, it was very dense and quite dry definitely not up to your usual standard. Pretty hard going to try and eat Sorry to give such poor feedback Linda williamson”
